I am seeking a good-natured working professional who is friendly, sociable and a happy person to share my home with for a 6 months or longer lease. You have your choice of one of two available bedrooms, starting Sept 1. Rooms are approximately 14'x12'. You’ll see what I mean when I say the tall ceilings and great lighting make the space feel even bigger. The house common areas are set up and furnished to encourage interaction and relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet, not a lot of traffic and conducive to people who like to take walks.

Tenants must be gainfully employed and be smoke/vaping free. Sorry, no marijuana smoking or illegal drugs allowed anywhere on the premises. We can discuss pets allowed but there will be a deposit for damages for any pet. My perfect housemates are looking for a peaceful drama free environment. Ideal candidates will clean up after themselves and turn off any unused lighting and the gas fireplace not in use. Someone who is happy to pitch in on household chores if and when they arise and be able to lend a hand for twice monthly yard work. The monthly utility expenses including water, gas, waste disposal and high-speed internet will be shared equally among each of us living in the home. I will require a background check to be performed at your cost of $50.

As long as you work and our personalities are a great fit. We can discuss pricing if you have a +1, however the house isn’t really set up for small children or animals that aren’t well behaved.

After all, we are looking to create a peaceful environment for each of us who lives here to personally thrive. You're not "renting a room," you're sharing a house with likeminded individuals. My work may take me out of town for certain lengths of time, so trust and dependability are essential.

There is a cozy private and fenced in backyard to enjoy the outdoors, reading, working, or barbequing as we close out the summer and swing into fall. There is ample driveway space for your 1 vehicle, or if you want to use some space in the garage to store your personal affects, we can discuss creating some space in there for you.
