I had always dreamed of a home overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with a great view of the coast, and close enough to hear the waves crash on the shore. Well, I found that house ... but I thought, well, nice dream, but isn’t this pie in the sky for me? I had thought price and availability for something even remotely nice on the coast, was well beyond my means.

Richard accomplished what I thought to be impossible by using his formidable skill set as the consummate Real Estate Broker, and most importantly, a new found friend, he guided me through the real estate maze to realize my lifelong dream, and investment, for me and my family for generations to come!

With Richard’s knowledge, negotiation skills, and being a former State licensed Appraiser a huge plus, I can’t imagine why would you even look to anyone else for your important real estate transactions.
