Artisan Warranty
Every cutting board is covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Simply follow the included care instructions, and if the board ever cracks or breaks for any covered reason, we will replace it promptly.
Frequently Asked Questions-
If it arrives to the customer with any defects, we accept the return of unused products within 14 days of delivery for exchange.

Shipping times will vary based on the options you select at checkout. Online orders without engraving options will typically ship the next day. Orders with Signature Line branding have a typical processing time of 3-5 days before shipping. Orders requiring Custom Artwork to be designed will normally delay shipping by 1 week, as the order will not be processed until the artwork is approved by the customer.

Yes, you can buy a digital gift card that can be used online or in person at our Artisan locations.

We cannot offer refunds for reasons that our products are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and made in small batches.
We will happily exchange any defective product for one of identical material and product options. Ship it back to us with a note explaining what happened. Once we've received your return, please allow 7 days to craft your replacement and ship it. -
Wouldn’t you love to come see our catalog in person? Well, we don’t have a physical location but a lot of people can and do stumble across our products in offices around the state or in our clients’ homes. Maybe someday.
